How did you come to work at CE?
My previous role in another organisation didn’t allow for much movement internally, so when I heard about a relevant position at CE, I applied. 

What appealed to you about joining CE?
The brand itself was appealing as well as the professional environment.  CE is also always moving forward to better practices and I liked that.

What do you like best about working for CE?
Definitely the people and the atmosphere.  Also the management team is really supportive and encourages you to come up with new ideas.  They were also very supportive when I joined and helped me to come out of my shell.

What do you think is unique about CE?
Apart from the great people, it’s that CE is always moving forward and changing for the better.

What makes you stay working at CE?
All the new friends I have made as well as the fact I am always learning new skills and am surrounded by great managers.

What advice would you offer someone who is considering joining CE?
Definitely join us!  We are moving forward and strive to be a world class business.  We work together as one team rather than as different departments and if you have the knowledge, put your hand up and be willing to share that knowledge.
